Good chick flick / teenage movies ?

I'm so bored and I'm really want to watch some good chick flick movie
/ teenage movies. Any suggestions? I really want something like
PARTYING / ALCOHOL maybe not too romance. doesn't have to be PG,
something upper would be great too.
