Help with three different movies?

It's been a while since I last saw any of the movies so my details may
be a little fuzzy, and maybe slightly incorrect (or even from a
different movie.)

First movie: it's an alien movie. It starts out with a crazy old man,
with a scarecrow he calls 'cousin.' The crazy old man is filming
himself, talking about aliens (I think), and then there was a clatter
(I think... Again) and the old man yells "cousin! I told you to quit
messing with the fancy equipment!" or something along those lines. The
old man goes outside and in his truck (with 'cousin') and he wrecks
and dies. Then it cuts to a college guy and his friends. I think he
inherited the house from his uncle (crazy old man) and he was going up
there with his friends. When they get there they realize there is a
lucky horseshoe above the doorway going into the home. The only name I
remember in the movie is a girl Iris. It is set in the middle of no
where country, and there is eventually crop circles (at least once in
the movie.)

Second movie: all I remember from this movie is that there is this
black shadow/ghost that goes around a town and is killing off people.
The ghost kills the people by reaching in there chest and squeezing
their heart until it stops beating. No one can see the ghost (like all
ghost movies) except I think the main character.

Third movie: sadly I know little about this movie also. What I do
remember is that there was a group of people stuck in the jungle, and
they were being killed by monkeys. The monkeys weren't like apes,
gorillas, or chimpanzees. They were more like a bamboo or something
like that. They killed the humans by biting off the back of the humans
skull and eating their brain (or a chunk of it.)

If I can think of anything else I'll add additional details. Any help
would deeply be appreciated.
